Normally, a political party wins elections by offering policies that benefit the voters. Therefore, the GOP could never receive much more than 1% of the vote and thus could never win elections. So Republican policies will necessarily be profoundly unpopular to the 99%. The masters at the top require the GOP to maintain policies that favor the richest 1% and disfavor the working class. So to win elections, the GOP must necessarily reach beyond its own wealthy core and attempt to convince a large segment of working people in the 99% to vote for Republicans. No party, however, can ever win an election with only 1% of the vote. The GOP exists to serve the interests of the wealthy and big business that comprise the richest 1%. I asked from my paid tv service provider for another tv box and problem solved. I suppose, tv consider the tv box as a sound system and mute itself. I don't have any idea why it is happing but problem is competibility between tv box and Samsung TV. When I plugged sattelite TV box receiver which brand is Sagem and provided by paid TV service provider. Afterwords, I plugged PS4 Pro and Apple TV 4K. I was able to use properly with built in youtube and netflix app. I would like to tell how I solved my issue. I unplugged all devices which connected to TV. I've never had such a terrible service experience before. During this period, the reaction of Samsung was terrible. UPDATE: After lots of different trials, conversations and tecnical service visits, I found the solution of my problem.
